How to use PU color paste:
(1) Add the color paste to the resin and stir evenly. According to the requirements of the product, the color and the dosage will be different;
(2) Fully stir before use to avoid uneven state of color paste due to high temperature or long storage time
(3) Do a miscibility test before use to make sure that the color paste has a good miscibility with the system before color mixing can be performed;
(4) Please close the lid after use, so as not to pollute the surface of the color paste or affect the next use due to the volatilization of water. Advantages of PU colorants:
(1) High degree of coloring: no resin system, wide adaptability, high solid content, high coloring strength, blistering resistance, low voC, APEO, good rheology and drying properties;
(2) Excellent pigments: narrow particle size distribution, easy to disperse, color stability between batches, small color difference, no color baking, and not easy to migrate;
(3) Good bag stability: long-term storage does not agglomerate, does not return to roughness, has good storage stability, and is not easy to sink to the bottom;
(4) Compatibility: When different resins provide different color pastes, the compatibility is different.
