Polyurethane is the most common polymer material in the world, and it is widely used in the production of various "industrial sponge" products. With heat preservation, heat insulation, sound absorption, shock absorption, flame retardant, anti-static, excellent air permeability, etc., with the use of PU pigment, it is often used in product packaging, toys, hardware, children's products, health products, pet products, etc. Next, the editor will share with you a little knowledge about the industrial seaside production process.
Five production processes of industrial sponges:
Nucleation response: Simply put, the silicone oil will uniformly dissolve the components together, which acts as an intermediary to form a nucleus! (That is, the formed cells. (The time is about 3 to 5 yarns)
Milky white response: It is a process of increasing the resistance under the catalytic effect of various small materials. (The time is about 6-12 seconds)
Foaming response: the heat and gas generated by the reaction of TDI and water after the consistency of the material increases continuously, which causes the material to foam and increase its volume! (Time is between 70 seconds and 120 seconds)
Gel response: When the bubble body temperature reaches a certain level, the two main ingredients will gradually open to gel under the catalytic effect of T9. This process is called ~ (about 30 yarns ~ 70 seconds)
Maturation response: After gelation (exhaust steam), the sponge starts the real post-curing response stage (approximately 12-24 hours)
